Our Site is regularly updated, and we therefore reserve the right to modify its content at any time. However, we are under no obligation to update the information on our Site, and cannot be held liable if any information is out of date.

2/ Creating an account

2. Use of Site content (non-commercial)

5. Misuse of the Site

6. Sanctions
In the event of non-compliance with the above provisions (and in particular in the event of improper use of any illustration, photograph, video or audio sequence, or any graphic on our Site), we reserve the right to delete your User account and prohibit you from accessing our Site (temporarily or permanently). You must also, at our first request, return or destroy any copies (paper or computer) that you may have made.
We also reserve the right to claim damages.
4/ Privacy policy
1. Information collected
During your browsing on our Site, in order to provide you with the best possible service, we may collect several types of information, and in particular :
- when placing an order or creating a user account: your name, contact details (address, e-mail address, telephone number) and credit card details.
- when placing an order: the delivery address(es) entered, the login and password associated with your account and the history of your product selection and your actions on our Site.
- when requesting information, sending an e-mail to our customer service department, subscribing to our newsletter or any other service, entering a competition, voting for a product or posting opinions: your name, contact details and any other information such as your age, interests and product preferences.

3. How do you protect my information?
Evakit takes great care to protect your personal data.
We have a security system and servers at a French host. All sensitive / payment data supplied by Users is transmitted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol and is not stored on our servers.
4. Cookie policy.
We use cookies to improve the quality of navigation on our Site and the tools we offer.
